Yes. The service uses an Android device with a carrier SIM as the SMS gateway. Your agency owns and manages the phone and carrier plan.
That is the core agency use case we are building around. You can package your managed SMS service into your client plans, subject to your own agreements and applicable laws and carrier policies.
