Set up agency client sub-accounts

Organize separate client logins/deployments while keeping the agency responsible for the overall service.

Before making production changes: exact screen names and platform behavior can change as GoHighLevel, Android, carriers, and the underlying messaging platform evolve. Test changes on a controlled deployment first.

Why use sub-accounts

They can separate client access and device ownership so every client does not need the agency's master login.

Before inviting a client

  1. Define what the client is allowed to configure.
  2. Decide who owns the Android device and carrier plan.
  3. Document the assigned number and GHL location.
  4. Set support boundaries in your client agreement.

Agency responsibility

If you resell the service, your agency should still monitor acceptable use, consent practices, support needs, and carrier risk across client deployments.

Still not working? Contact ASG with the device name, carrier, GHL location, approximate timestamp, and the exact step that failed.
