Use dual-SIM Android devices
Select the intended SIM on compatible hardware and validate routing before assigning client traffic.
Before making production changes: exact screen names and platform behavior can change as GoHighLevel, Android, carriers, and the underlying messaging platform evolve. Test changes on a controlled deployment first.
What dual SIM can do
The supported platform can select SIM resources on compatible Android devices, giving agencies additional number flexibility.
What not to assume
Do not sell “two independent clients per phone” until you have validated the exact SIM-to-GHL-location behavior in your own supported deployment.
Test each SIM
- Send outbound from SIM 1 and verify number.
- Send outbound from SIM 2 and verify number.
- Test inbound replies for each number.
- Reboot the phone and confirm the intended default/selection persists.
