Two-way messaging in GHL Conversations
Use the GHL Conversations view while the Android device handles the mobile transport.
Before making production changes: exact screen names and platform behavior can change as GoHighLevel, Android, carriers, and the underlying messaging platform evolve. Test changes on a controlled deployment first.
What the agency should see
A supported deployment lets the team work from the familiar GHL conversation experience while inbound/outbound SMS is transported by the connected mobile gateway.
Validate routing
- Send from the intended GHL location.
- Reply from the recipient.
- Confirm the reply enters the same contact conversation.
- Repeat with a second test contact before client launch.
If replies go to the wrong place
Review the location/device mapping before sending additional traffic.
