Create and run SMS campaigns
Plan campaign sends, personalization, test groups, and monitoring for supported ASG campaign tools.
Before making production changes: exact screen names and platform behavior can change as GoHighLevel, Android, carriers, and the underlying messaging platform evolve. Test changes on a controlled deployment first.
Campaign checklist
- Confirm consent and list quality before uploading or selecting recipients.
- Create the campaign message and keep copy concise.
- Use supported variables only after testing them with sample contacts.
- Send to a small internal/test group first.
- Schedule or launch the campaign.
- Monitor sending, delivery activity, replies, and opt-outs.
Do not equate “no ASG per-message fee” with unlimited carrier use
Your wireless carrier plan and acceptable-use policy still apply. High-volume or automated traffic can be restricted even if the software itself does not meter each message.
After the campaign
Review replies and opt-outs before increasing volume or reusing the same audience.
